Project Overview

Federal Mogul used our services to upgrade to LED lighting resulting in better lighting for key manufacturing areas and a reduced cost of utilities. We also worked together to identify and repair compressed air leaks and replace some of their water cooling system.

  • Annual Electric Savings: 2,896,569 kWh
  • Annual Savings: $231,725
  • Incentives: $7,100

We worked with Dr. Pepper Snappel Group to complete a LED lighting retrofit project, optimized their compressed air system and updated their refrigeration.

  • Annual Savings: $316,823
  • Incentives: $186,258

We teamed up with Aurora Specialty Textile Group to replace their steam boilers with a direct contact water heater. We installed the heater and a 2,000 gallon storage tank. We’ve also worked with them to install LED lighting, VSDs for their electric motors, and an energy management system.
